We propose a four-day trip during which we will run in the Polish and Slovak parts of the Tatra Mountains, and in the afternoon we will focus on the topic of regeneration. Yoga exercises and general development classes are waiting for you.
Recovery Camp is a proposition for runners of all levels of preparation. The pace during joint training will be adjusted so that everyone feels satisfied and can admire the majesty and nature of the Tatra Mountains.
During the classes, we will talk about, among others, training, technique, but also nature, which we sometimes ignore when quickly covering kilometers in the mountains. We will share with you Tatra stories and tips for regeneration. There will also be time for integration.
The program and routes of running trips will be adapted to current weather conditions and the level of participants.
