1

For safety reasons, the organizer, in agreement with the Tatra Volunteer Rescue Service (TOPR), may alter or shorten the route or interrupt the event.

2

In a crisis situation (particularly: storms over a large area, hail, snowfall) or due to force majeure (natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, decisions by state or local authorities, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control), the event may be rescheduled to another date. Participants are not entitled to a refund of the registration fee. Registered participants will automatically retain their spot on the new event’s start list. In case of withdrawal from the event on the new date, the organizer will select a replacement from the waiting list.

3

Due to the proximity of the national border, participants must carry a valid passport or ID card at all times. This requirement does not apply to participants of the Mini Tatra Sky race.

4

Competitors are required to adhere to the regulations in place in the Tatra National Park, including the Nature Protection Act of April 16, 2004, and the directives of the Director of the Tatra National Park.

5

The organizer does not provide accommodation.

6

The Expo and the race constitute an organized area and an integral part of the festival organized by the Organizer.

The use of the event area, as well as the acquisition, recording, and use of materials originating from the event, is permitted solely for promotional purposes by individuals, sports clubs, and foundations.

The use of the event area and materials originating from it for commercial purposes by business entities offering products or services is prohibited, particularly if such use conflicts with the interests of the Organizer’s partners and sponsors.

The provision of space or materials for purposes beyond those specified in paragraph 2 requires the prior consent of the Organizer and, in the case of a paid arrangement, the conclusion of an appropriate agreement and the transfer of rights necessary for their use.

7

Each participant competes at their own risk, taking into account their health condition, experience, and the conditions of the event.

8

Most of the event route leads through mountainous, difficult-to-access, exposed terrain, where specialized rescue services may take a long time to reach. In the event of an accident, each participant must call for help and provide first aid to the injured runner. Failure to call for help or offer assistance will result in disqualification.

9

The organizer does not provide participants with insurance, including accident insurance (NNW) in Poland and Slovakia.

10

During the event, participants are prohibited from using banned substances and methods.

11

After completing the race, competitors may be subjected to anti-doping tests. These tests will be conducted by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency (POLADA) and a representative of the Polish Athletic Association (PZLA), or the event jury. Any competitor selected by a representative of PZLA or the race director is obligated to undergo anti-doping testing, under penalty of disqualification. If banned substances are found in the A sample, the athlete has the right to request testing of the B sample at their own expense. If the B sample confirms no illegal substances, the athlete’s result remains valid, but if the A sample result is confirmed, the race director will disqualify the athlete. The disqualification decision is final and is not subject to the appeal procedures outlined by PZLA.

12

This Regulation comes into effect on the day it is published on the event’s website. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulation. Changes will be announced on the event’s website. The amended Regulation applies from the date of its publication, unless the Organizer specifies otherwise.

13

The final interpretation of the rules rests with the Organizer.

14

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of civil law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code. All disputes related to the organization of the event will be resolved by the common court competent for the location of the Organizer’s registered office.
